Our priority is to provide all communities across our state with opportunities to compete in the state and national spotlights, regardless of their size and location! We also strive to look after the players in our league in regards to their exposure, their health, and safety!

The NCSL has been given the full support of the NCASA and NCSRA, while also being recognized by other state association's across the country.
The NCSL will be overseen by a committee of executives with experience in both the organizational aspect, and the sport itself at the elite level. A foundation of full-time staff also help with daily support to our teams and their owners with everything ranging from fields and networking, to player injury insurance and marketing.
The NCSL puts its teams first, that means being understanding of the conditions needed to build smaller teams. Grassroots players and deep ties to their communities across our state are key!

History Of The NCASA
Soccer in North Carolina has existed for over a 100 years. It is well documented that factory mill leagues were competing in the early 1900s across the state. Soccer continued to grow and throughout the 60s became more organized.
In 1975 the North Carolina Soccer League was established. In the late 70s leaders of the NCSL felt the league should be sanctioned by the US Soccer Federation. An application was submitted along with the charter and approval came at the next US Soccer AGM. The North Carolina Amateur Soccer Association was born. Later “Amateur” was dropped and “Adult” added to what is now known as the North Carolina Adult Soccer Association or NCASA.
To honor our history and our roots we are proud to relaunch the North Carolina Soccer League. Welcome Aboard!
